At LILY & ROO, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, and bespoke or engraved items are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original LILY & ROO gift box and protective mailer to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
